Umbrella Reviews: Research and Assignment Potential Online

As the number of systematic and scoping reviews seem to increase exponentially, umbrella reviews (reviews of reviews) have emerged as important tools to gather, appraise, and synthesize the findings beyond a single review. They also have potential as assignments, allowing students to complete each step of a review while saving time on laborious searching and screening. Attend this session to learn the basics of completing an umbrella review and discuss potential umbrella review projects. Led by Aine O'Connor, Health Sciences Librarian, and Jenny Mills, Director of the Medical Library.
